2026

(no, this is not a typo)

WE ARE IN THE PLANNING STAGES OF THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF ROUTE 66, at one time called the WILL ROGERS HIGHWAY, which will be in 2026 ending at the Santa Monica Pier with 50 of our AACA SOCAL AND FRIENDS antique, collector and classic automobiles.  It would be helpful if you could let us know what you have that can be used in this future major Route 66 event.  We are invited to the 2025 planning event.                           RSVP  Joel   (310) 471-8503

Route 66 was anointed on November 11, 1926, but it would take until 1938 before the entire route was paved with concrete. It quickly became one of the nation’s principal east-west routes, not only connecting small rural towns to each other but also connecting Chicago to the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles via the nation’s first all-weather road.

I appreciate the suggestions you provide of places to see, private collections to view and local tours. I look forward to seeing you at these events and more in 2023. Joel Feldman  310-471-8503

We have been invited to other collections and interesting places to visit during the second half of this year and the first quarter of next year.
